Please note the property does not have a lift. Access to all apartments (except the Deluxe Duplex Apartment) is via the Guindais Stairs (public) to the rear entrance of the building (number 8), equivalent to a 3rd floor. Afterwards, depending on the apartment, you may still have to go down the internal stairs of the building.
It is an old building, fully renovated but without a lift. For this reason we ask you to be careful to select only the Duplex Deluxe Apartment for all people with reduced mobility, baby carriages, a lot of luggage and difficulty climbing stairs.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 15, payable in cash upon arrival.At Ponte D Luis I Apartments, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.

Nice place, good view of Douro River. Close to Ponte Luis bridge and transportation. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped with utensils and coffee maker. Host was helpful and responsive. Easy check-in, smooth process.
