A spacious apartment was located within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and a grocery store. The unit featured modern amenities including in-unit laundry and well-equipped kitchen facilities such as a toaster and blender. Comfortable beds and tasteful decoration contributed to a homely atmosphere. The building was old but tastefully modernized, with elevator access and good air circulation provided by floor fans. Views from the living room included a landmark church tower overlooking the city center.
