Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

We welcome children of all ages.

The property may require a deposit of 1,000.00 EUR.

* Kindly note that our property is strictly non-smoking in accordance with Portuguese law.

Smoking anywhere inside or outside areas of the property (including balconies and terrace) are strictly prohibited and guests found smoking will be subject to eviction and a professional cleaning fee of 200 euros.

* To respect the comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we kindly request quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

* In each room, you'll find a separate fuse board.

If there are any electrical power cut issues, start by checking the fuse board in the room.

If the problem persists, there's a central fuse board located at the bottom of the stairs near door 13.

For any water-related issues, the main switch is situated to the left as you enter through door 13 from the streetHen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.
