Smoking anywhere inside or outside areas of the property (including balconies and terrace) are strictly prohibited and guests found smoking will be subject to eviction and a professional cleaning fee of 200 euros.
* To respect the comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we kindly request quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
* In each room, you'll find a separate fuse board. If there are any electrical power cut issues, start by checking the fuse board in the room. If the problem persists, there's a central fuse board located at the bottom of the stairs near door 13. For any water-related issues, the main switch is situated to the left as you enter through door 13 from the street;
* Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): 20 EUR. Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability.At MyStay - PortoNest Downtown Studios, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
