In cases of credit card payments, without the cardholder present, the hotel should receive an e-mail with the credit card details authorizing the charge to be made in the card supplied and the amount that should be charged.

Reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different payment and cancellation conditions.

For group bookings, a deposit is required, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of check-in.

The refund of the deposit will be made after the inspection of the accommodation at check-out, provided that the room conditions are in compliance.

Parking is subject to availability and requires prior reservation (additional cost applies).

Upon check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid national identity document with a photograph.

Minors not accompanied by their parents/legal guardians must present an appropriate declaration, as required by current legislation.

Check-in is not permitted for unaccompanied minors under 18 years of age.
