A zero-tolerance smoking policy is enforced at GuestReady - Loft 515. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for the utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€ included.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys at GuestReady - Loft 515: an additional pair, lost keys, or door opening service is available for 20€.
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets are required for 2pax, i.e. when a sofa bed is not included).At GuestReady - Loft 515, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
