The apartment was clean, well equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom and the lounge, a full-size fridge with freezer, and a washing machine without dryer. The location was good and quiet, close to Rua Santa Caterina and the city center with downhill walk access to Porto. Some free parking lots were outside the apartment block but often taken by neighbors or businesses, metered parking was slightly downhill. Communication with the rental agency was good.
